1. PROPER SETUP
Proven Setup Fundamentals
Setting up to the golf ball properly is the most important aspect of playing golf consistently well. Golf Simple starts with having the proper setup fundamentals in place. The fundamentals are a Natural Grip, Athletic Posture, Straight Alignment, Ball Position, and Connection. These fundamentals are the foundation needed for any golfer to play their best.
2. CORRECT MUSCLE CONTROL
Creates a consistent repeatable motion
Once a golfer is set up properly with the fundamentals in place, a golfer wants to use Correct Muscle Control to create a simple repeatable motion. This is achieved by engaging the larger muscles of the body and disengaging the smaller muscles.
3. CONSISTENT ROUTINE
A routine is the glue that holds everything together
The consistent routine is a very important part of the Golf Simple system because it keeps the golfer focused on the proper aspects of each shot and helps each golfer stay in the moment. The tendency is to think about swing mechanics or trouble on the course, a consistent routine will help eliminate a lot of these negative thoughts.
